Cracked, dry skin may harbour more pathogens and may therefore increase the risk of cross-infection. High level moisturising emollient lotion. Leaves a protective film (barrier) on the skin restricting moisture loss. Non-greasy and non-slippery. Fast penetrating. Contains no silicone. Compatible with latex gloves. Inter-compatible with full range of Avagard handwashing and skin hygiene products. Does not reduce antimicrobial efficacy of Avagard antiseptics.
