3M™ Core Grouping Software incorporates all ICD-10-AM Classifications (1st to 6th Edition) and AR-DRG Groupers (Version 4.1 to 6.0). All relevant forward and backwards mapping to enable coding between editions is also incorporated in the software.
Operating Platforms:
3M Core Grouping Software is available for the following operating systems:
• Windows based operating systems (ability to be networked and initiated: (i)interactively, (ii)by user initiated batch or (iii)via a Windows Command Line)
• Windows COM DLL (for integration into host patient administration systems)
• JAVA (provides operation on native UNIX and Linux platforms)
3M is sun setting native UNIX groupers* (SCO, SunSolaris, HP or Compaq/DEC) and replacing them with the abovementioned JAVA product. This software will require a JAVA run-time environment sourced from Sun Microsystems Inc.
Hardware specification sheets are available upon request for all products.
* The manufacture of native UNIX groupers will cease as of December 2009.
