This range offers the versatility of protection against dusts/mists, combined with an activated carbon layer, which also removes nuisance levels* of specific gases and vapours. (*Nuisance levels are those levels below the ASCC Exposure Standards)
Type GP2 for dusts, mists, fumes and smokes and additional relief from low vapour pressure organic vapours (e.g. agricultural chemicals) and nuisance level organic vapours.
Type P2 for dusts, mists, fumes and additional relief from nuisance levels* of acids gases like chlorine, hydrogen sulphide, hydrogen chloride. (*Nuisance levels are exposure levels below the relevant national expose standards.)
