This system consists of a motor blower and high efficiency filter that are mounted on the facepiece. It also has a rechargeable NiCd battery that provides approximately 8 hours of continuous service and a flow meter.
For use with the 3M™ Breathe Easy™ Turbo Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) Assembly 520-17-00, Breathe Easy™ Turbo PAPR Unit 022-00-03R01 and the 3M™ Powerflow™ Face-Mounted PAPR System. NIOSH approved with A, AE, E, K, P3 cartridges only.
Includes all the components necessary to make up a constant flow, full facepiece. It is a replacement part for the 3M™ Breathe Easy™ 7 and Supplied Air Systems.
This assembly is a component of the 3M™ Powerflow™ System 240-01-00LBC. This lightweight unit (8.0 oz.) delivers a minimum of 4 cfm when used with the required high efficiency filter.
