Outdoor grade polyurethane protective backing with high tack plasticizer compatible acrylic adhesive. Recommended as a quick repair patch and can be used on wet or dry surfaces. Bonds to powder-coated paints. Applications include joining, sealing and repairing of vinyl materials.
