Mix ratios printed of film inserts that are placed inside either the 650 mL, part number 16001, or 850 mL, part number 16023 PPS hard cup. These inserts allow you to mix within the cup according to recommended paint company specifications.
Used throughout the refinish process to: Identify pre-paint defects such as pin holes, sand- scratches, etc. Choose alternate colors from various chip decks. Verify color match using paint spray outs. Check for complete coverage or full hiding. Identify post-paint defects such as sand-scratches, swirl marks, etc.
This product is intended for use in place of metal cups on most pressure cup guns. Setting up the pressure cup vs. standard PPS™ is connecting the pressure hose from the cup port to the pressure port on the spray gun, or spray gun regulator.
