3M™ Adhesion Promoter 2262AT is a ready-to-use, pre-diluted (10 parts Acetone/1 part 2262) version of 3M™ Scotch-Grip™ Plastic Adhesive 2262. It is a liquid primer intended for most flexible and rigid PVC compounds.
3M™ Adhesion Promoter 4298 is a liquid primer used for most low surfaces energy plastics. This would include common low surface energy plastics used for automotive dash and interior trim applications (TPO, PPO, PP, PC, PC + ABS, etc.).
