3M™ Weatherstrip Attachment Tape 5404 is a 1.2 mm (.047 inch) thick, medium-density, gray, heat-activated acrylic foam tape used to attach weatherstrip and/or gasket seals for automotive and industrial applications.

3M Weatherstrip Attachment Tape 5404 is characterized by high adhesion and holding strength to many surfaces, including automotive paints and plastics, and provides excellent stress handling capability. The heat-activated adhesive forms a durable, long-lasting bond to most EPDM and thermoplastic elastomer formulations.
