3M™ CI Series Connectors are for splicing applications on aluminum or copper cable conductors. The CI Series aluminum connectors are specially designed for use with 3M™ pre-molded power cable splice bodies.

The CI-T-1, CI-T-2, CI-T-3, CI-T-4, CI-T-5, and CI-T-9 transition connectors (15kV) can be used with 3M™ 5411 and 5501 Splice Kits. The CI-T-1A transition connector (25 kV) can be used with 3M™ 5420 Series Splice Kits. All the connectors meet the requirements of ANSI C119.4.

This is a 0.910 in (23 mm) O.D., transition connector from cable A (1 AWG Stranded, 1/0 AWG Solid) to cable B (1/0 AWG Solid). This connector is for 25 kV use only and can be used with the 3M™ Splice Kits 5420 Series.
