The Model 3500 system is the latest example of how 3M strives to create products and services that can manage the flow of materials in any library. The operation of the 3500 series detection systems, with its low frequency technology minimizes unwanted interactions between it and the numerous pieces of electronic equipment found in a modern typical library. Detection panels are mounted directly to the floor with buried cable or low profile wire mold options.
Designed for the "real" library
The versatile compact shape of the Model 3500 lets it fit into most locations very easily and the modern lattice design enhances the aesthetic appeal of the system. In addition the Model 3500 allows the height of the detection zone to be adjusted allowing you to customize the system to reflect how the users in your library normally carry their materials.
