The 48-port Volition Rack Mount Patch Panel from 3M fits in a 3U rack space and houses up to 48 ports (96 fibers) of Volition VF-45 Connectors. The 24-port patch panel fits in a 2U rack space with built-in cable management.
An inexpensive 1U extension panel mounted on the 24-port housing provides an additional 24 ports for a total of 48 connections (96 fibers) in a 3U height, also with built-in patchcord management. In addition, the 24-port patch panel is also available with a 24-port connection capability in a 1U rack configuration without cable management.
